INFORMAȚII UTILE
Perioada de desfășurare a stagiului: sem. 2 din anul 2 de studiu (pot fi acceptate și stagii din perioade anterioare dacă au fost respectați pașii și condițiile necesare cu privire la transmiterea documentelor)
Durata de desfășurare a stagiului: minim 112 ore – ciclul licență, minim 280 de ore – ciclul masterat (în acelasi stagiu, nu acumulat din stagii diferite)
Documente necesare pentru echivalarea stagiului: convenție de practică (semnată de toate părțile înainte de începerea stagiului)
SAU
adeverința de salariat sau convenție de practică în cazul studenților care au un loc de muncă într-un domeniu compatibil cu cel al programului de licență/ masterat
Documente necesare pentru participarea la colocviul de practică de la sfârșitul sem. 2: adeverința de finalizare a unui stagiu de 112 ore (licență)/ 280 de ore (masterat) + caiet și proiect de practică
Redactarea caietului și a proiectului de practică și participarea la colocviul de practică sunt obligatorii pentru toți studenții, inclusiv pentru cei cărora li se echivalează stagiul pe baza adeverinței de salariat și a fișei postului.
USEFUL INFORMATION
Period for completing the internship: 2nd semester of the 2nd year of study (earlier internships can be accepted if all the necessary documents were submitted and submission conditions were respected)
Length of the internship: at least 112 hours (undergraduate students) or 280 hours (Master’s students) – at the same company, not at various companies/ organizations
Necessary documents for the initial approval of your internship: internship agreement/ conventie de practica En (signed by all parties before the internship begins) OR certificate of employment/ internship agreement if you have a job in a field compatible with the profile of your study program (even if you work in another country, not necessarily Romania)
Necessary documents for participating in the internship exam at the end of the 2nd semester: certificate to prove you have completed an 112 (undergraduate students)/ 280-hour long-internship (Master’s students) + internship journal and project.
The documents have to be submitted by all students, including those who have a job in the area of the study programme. Also, all students have to participate in the internship exam to be graded.

- An understanding or experience in the recruitment industry

- Outgoing and chatty personality
- Creative and innovative especially with social media
- Works well in a small remote team
- Reliable and ambitious
- Target driven
- The use of tools such as Loom and Canva is a bonus
- An interest in the recruitment sector or previous experience
