REGISTRATION FOR THE BACHELOR THESIS DEFENSE EXAM – July 2026

BACHELOR FINAL EXAM 2026

FOR BACHELOR PROGRAMME GRADUATES

29.06 – 03.07.2026

(10:00 – 13:00)

  1. STUDENTS FROM THE CURRENT CLASS (current year and 3nd additional year), will send the following documents at the Secretaries’ office of the faculty:
    1. request to register for the final bachelor thesis defense exam (Annex 1), dated and signed;
    2. GDPR declaratione (Annex 2), dated and signed;
    3. declaration regarding the originality of the thesis (Annex 3), dated and signed;
    4. declaration on own responsibility regarding the use of artificial intelligence tools (Annex 3.1), dated and hand-signed;
    5. graduation clearance form. The form must include the graduate’s personal data (top of the page);
    6. copy of the identity card;
    7. proof of completing the employability form https://chestionarabsolventi.ase.ro
    8. 2 photographs, ¾ format, placed in an envelope (with the family name and first name written on them);
    9. copy of the receipt certifying payment of the Bachelor thesis defense exam fee (1500 RON) – ONLY  for students in the 2nd additional year. 
  • The Bachelor thesis saved as PDF file will be sent by e-mail to the following adreeses:
    • departamentrei@rei.ase.ro by graduates of the following programmes: International Business and Economics and International Business and Economics (in English)
    • departamentdlmca@rei.ase.ro by graduates of the following programme: Applied Modern Languages (English, French).
  • The subject of the e-mail: FAMILY NAME_FIRST NAME_BACHELOR PROGRAMME
  • The graduates are responsible to make sure that the thesis sent by e-mail as an attached file can be opened, is complete and is identical to the version of the document uploaded on the platform for the anti-plagiarism check.
  1. STUDENTS FROM PREVIOUS CLASSES will submit the following documents at the Secretaries’ office of the faculty:
    1. request to register for the Bachelor thesis defense exam (Annex 1);
    2. GDPR declaration (Annex 2);
    3. declaration regarding the originality of the thesis (Annex 3);
    4. declaration on own responsibility regarding the use of artificial intelligence tools (Annex 3.1), dated and hand-signed;
    5. graduation clearance form – The form must include the graduate’s personal data (top of the page);
    6. copy of the identity card;
    7. proof of completing the employability form https://chestionarabsolventi.ase.ro
    8. copy of the secondary school-leaving certificate/ baccalaureate diploma and transcript;
    9. copy of the birth certificate;
    10. 2 photographs, ¾ format, with adhesive, placed in an envelope (with the family name and first name written on them);
    11. copy of the receipt certifying payment of the Bachelor thesis defense exam fee (1500 RON).
  • The Bachelor thesis saved as PDF file will be sent by e-mail to the following adreeses:
