*Attending co-authors who want to participate in the conference and benefit from conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, and conference dinner. Available only if the full fee (attending presenters’ category) has already been paid by the presenting author.

Fees include conference materials, publication fees, participation certificate for attending authors, coffee breaks, lunch, and conference dinner for one participant per paper.

Tax exemptions and reductions:

Free participation for ASE Bucharest participants who submit a paper co-authored with a researcher affiliated with a foreign university.
Free participation for members of the conference organizing committee.
50% fee reduction for the Faculty of International Business and Economics participants who do not qualify under points 1 or 2.
50% fee reduction for participants from other universities in Romania who either submit a paper co-authored with a researcher affiliated with a foreign university or participate in the meeting on international business and economics held as part of the FoE conference.
Free participation for representatives of partner institutions involved in organizing the conference.

After receiving the notification of paper acceptance, the presenting author should download and fill in the Copyright Statement, sign it and upload it together with the fee payment proof to their account from the platform https://confdesk.com/attend/FoE2024 (see step 3 description on the platform).
