“My experience at REI was instrumental for my career development. By attending the International Business Management Master’s program, I was exposed to global case studies that developed my critical thinking on contemporary issues and encouraged my problem-solving skills. I was particularly fascinated by the international environment that this Master’s program offers and by the fact that lifelong learning is at the forefront.

The courses delivered by the Faculty of International Business and Economics have been extremely valuable for me.

Invest in your future, choose REI!”

CORINA-IOANA PETREA

“A complete and comprehensive educational experience!

These words can paint an accurate picture of my journey in the Faculty of International Business and Economics. I can say that the most important facet that I have been able to discover and develop was the vision on the functionality of the mechanisms that set the whole world in motion. I say this because I was able to combine art with my experience at the university, thus becoming an entrepreneur and setting up an Arts & Culture Hub and a music school. Summing all this up, I can say that the Faculty of International Business and Economic Relations is a landmark in education and I encourage any young person eager for knowledge to confidently choose this path and make the most of this experience.”

CRISTIAN – GABRIEL IANC

“We have all experienced the confusing feeling after our high school graduation when we didn’t know what exactly defined us, what our next moving forward level was, or what our contribution to society might be. In the end that’s what it all comes down to: contributing to the development of society by contributing to one’s development. My university education path started with undergraduate studies at REI, continued with Master’s studies at REI, and today I am pursuing doctoral studies, nowhere else but at REI! If I were to define my next professional goal, it would certainly be to be a Professor here. It would be the culmination of all my hard work and a form of gratitude for all the knowledge, ideas, and information I have acquired from the dedicated people who have trained me in this faculty.”

EMANUELA-LUMINIȚA ZLATEA

“I chose International Business and Economics because it perfectly combines my passions for international relations, economics, and diplomacy. During my undergraduate studies in economics, I did an internship at the Romanian Parliament, and later I was honorary advisor to a Member of Parliament and organized or participated in programs run with the support of the European Commission or the European Parliament. These experiences contributed to obtaining a Fulbright grant from the U.S. Department of State and a grant from the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, D.C. to fully fund my studies at the institution founded by one of the former U.S. presidents, George H. W. Bush.”

OLGA BODRUG

“If someone asked me in ten years’ time what faculty I would attend, I would choose REI without hesitation, and I think that makes me a proud alumna. I am certain that I made the most of everything the university offered me in those 5 years, and the greatest achievement is that I have had the chance to define my values and pursue my goal. I learned everything I needed to know and for that I thank my Professors. I have truly built my independence and for that I thank the university. I have memories for a lifetime and for that I thank REI, USASE and the people who are dear to me.”

MARIA COLȚAN

“After 5 years of studies that have proven to be a real progress in acquiring the basic knowledge of an economist and the specialized knowledge of a diplomat, the Faculty of International Business and Economics builds strong personalities, successful people with valuable knowledge applicable in the international business environment.

Being assertive, confident, optimistic and grateful, I thank the faculty staff and the faculty management for their professionalism, seriousness and dedication in creating future leaders of the national and international society, but also for their openness and communication with the student community.”

FLORENTINA CHIȚU

“The Faculty of International Business and Economics has been the catalyst for my professional career thanks to the knowledge I have gained and the many development opportunities it has offered me during my undergraduate and Master’s degrees. The varied economic and business background I acquired during my studies still serves me today to successfully fulfil my professional responsibilities in the role of Senior Manager at Amazon Luxembourg. In my opinion, looking back on my time as a student, I believe that the professionalism and dedication of the faculty staff in creating tomorrow’s leaders has been and will remain the main reason why the REI Faculty continues to cultivate academic excellence in every student who walks through its door.”

ANDREI MAVRIȘ

“My faculty experience has turned into a journey that I could not have imagined 5 years ago. I wanted to go to a faculty that would offer me real career prospects and topics connected to the international sphere. The Faculty of International Business and Economics offered me more than that, it offered me a future, an ideal, which is why I am currently pursuing my PhD in the same field. I am proud to identify myself as an REI alumna and I invite you to discover and carry on the tradition of this faculty.”

ANDRA MECU

“The Faculty of International Business and Economics has opened up new worlds for me to explore. Being a student at this faculty was a key chapter in my personal, intellectual and social development.

Suffice it to list the multitude of the activities I engaged in, not to mention the knowledge I accumulated, my involvement in various national and international projects, Erasmus+, conferences, scientific sessions and the most significant part … representing students! JOY, EMOTION, ACHIEVEMENT, this is how I can describe the moments as an REI graduate.”

VALENTINA-ALEXANDRA NIȚĂ

“The first thing that comes to mind when I think about the faculty I attended is about the colleagues and Professors I met. The Faculty of International Business and Economics, rightly considered ALMA MATER, is the pivotal experience that allowed me to start building a career in the field of Economics and Finance. A very important piece of advice for current students would be to explore the many possibilities the faculty offers – from volunteering to internships and so on – and try to make the most of your time.”
